Video | CommunityHealth Volunteer-Based Clinic

Summary: Chicago is home to one of the largest Latino populations in the United States. Many in the community are uninsured, live below the poverty line, and struggle to access essential healthcare services. As a result, chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease go undiagnosed and untreated. CommunityHealth, the nation's largest volunteer-based health clinic, is a beacon of hope to these minority communities.

Front Lines by Eko is a mini-documentary series presenting the faces of care on the front lines of America’s healthcare system. By using new technologies (such as digital stethoscopes) and innovative care models, these healthcare professionals are creating solutions to better serve their patients.
