A Decade of Innovation

During Co-Founder & CEO Connor Landgraf’s senior thesis work at the University of California, Berkeley, he observed the limitations of the traditional stethoscope while interviewing cardiologists on their clinical pain points. He realized the need to transform the analog stethoscope into a smart device that helps clinicians detect cardiovascular disease earlier.

Eko Founded

Connor brings in classmates Tyler Crouch and Jason Bellet. They participate in various accelerator programs, where Eko is born.

Eko CORE™ Digital Stethoscope (Gen 1)

Eko debuts the first FDA-cleared stethoscope that functions as both analog and digital.

DUO ECG + Digital Stethoscope (Gen 1)

A new product is released — the first combined digital stethoscope and single-lead ECG.

Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment & Stethoscope (Gen 2)

The second generation of CORE™ introduces active noise cancellation, and is 50% smaller for improved ergonomics.

Eko Analysis Software FDA Clearance

Eko earns its first FDA clearance for AI-supported heart disease detection.

Eko and 3M partner to combine best-in-class stethoscope tech with Eko's digital innovations.
