When's the last day to order for 12/24 delivery?
Outside of the holiday season, most non-engraved orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and engraved orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Due to high demand for the holidays, fulfillment timelines may be longer.
Below are key dates to get your order by December 24:
Engraved orders:
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground): Order by 12/12
- FedEx 2-Day: Order by 12/19
- FedEx Overnight: Order by 12/20
Non-engraved orders:

What's the holiday return policy?
We want every healthcare professional to have enough time to explore how Eko fits into their clinical routine. That’s why purchases made between 11/3/2025 and 12/31/2025 can be returned through 1/31/2026. Whether it’s a gift or a personal upgrade, we want you to feel confident in your choice.
Are Eko products HSA/FSA/CME eligible? How do I get reimbursed?
Stethoscopes from Eko may be eligible for HSA, FSA, or CME purchase and/or reimbursement.
Use your benefits card for qualified purchases and save your order confirmation email as a receipt. You can also log in to your Eko account to access your receipt.
If your card is declined or has an error, you can use a different payment method and contact your system administrator for reimbursement information.

How can I gift an Eko+ membership to someone?
When purchasing a stethoscope, you can navigate to the Eko+ gifting page and add “1 Year of Eko+” to your order. Your gift recipient will receive an email after your purchase to redeem their membership. This email will be sent on the date you select — don’t worry, we won’t ruin the surprise!
