Emeryville, CA – October 19, 2026 Dave Gwin joins Eko Health as Senior Vice President of Health Systems, bringing more than 16 years of experience building and scaling commercial organizations across healthcare technology, medical imaging, and oncology software.

Prior to joining Eko, Dave held progressive commercial leadership roles at MIM Software and GE HealthCare, where he helped drive sustained revenue growth, developed high-performing teams, and expanded strategic partnerships with leading health systems. His experience spans bringing innovative clinical technologies to market, executing complex enterprise agreements, and supporting commercial growth through MIM’s acquisition by GE HealthCare.

At Eko, Dave will lead the Health System Commercial organization, focusing on accelerating growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding adoption of Eko’s AI-powered cardiovascular detection technology.

“Dave brings a unique combination of commercial discipline and deep health system relationships that this stage of Eko’s growth demands. We’re thrilled to welcome him as we expand adoption of our AI-powered cardiovascular detection technology,” said Connor Landgraf, co-founder and CEO of Eko Health.

Dave’s arrival comes on the heels of recent announcements including the publication of the TRICORDER study in The Lancet, CMS’s finalization of OPPS payment for the SENSORA® platform, and Wayne General Hospital’s partnership with Eko to deploy AI-assisted cardiac detection in rural Mississippi.

“Throughout my career, I’ve focused on helping health systems bring innovative technology into clinical practice and improving patient care at scale,” said Gwin. “What drew me to Eko was the mission, the people, and the opportunity to help clinicians with early detection of cardiopulmonary disease. I’m excited to build on the team’s momentum, strengthen our health system partnerships, and bring these tools to more clinicians and the patients they serve.”
