With an Eko+ membership, you can access the Eko App’s full suite of features including AI-powered AFib detection (CORE 500™ only) and structural murmur detection, and create, save, and share heart sound recordings and PDF reports.

Every stethoscope purchase includes a complimentary trial period of Eko+. When you receive your stethoscope, create an Eko App account to activate Eko+ and start using premium features.

While limited Eko App features are available without a membership, Eko+ provides access to the Eko App's full feature set to help you get the most out of your digital stethoscope.

EFAST is automatically available to users in the United States who have an active Eko+ membership, use an Eko CORE 500™ Digital Stethoscope, 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope, or Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment, and have the Eko App updated to version 5.43.0 or higher. New Eko customers receive a complimentary trial period of Eko+ membership.

Once you have received your device, you can create an Eko App account and connect your device to activate your free trial. 

For your convenience, you will be automatically charged for an annual membership at the end of your trial. You can access Eko+ features as long as your membership remains active.

If you don't wish to continue with an Eko+ membership, you can downgrade to the Free plan anytime before your complimentary period ends. Don’t worry – even without a membership, you'll have access to basic features including real-time visualization and wireless listening.

Eko analysis software, or Eko AI, is FDA-cleared software that includes detection algorithms to assist clinicians in finding suspected abnormalities.

When the Eko App is paired with a compatible digital stethoscope, Eko AI automatically checks for structural murmurs and/or AFib. To receive AI results, you must take a recording with the stethoscope or the Eko App. (The CORE 500™ Digital Stethoscope is required for AFib detection.)

The Eko App summarizes any findings, including potential structural murmurs, AFib, or other abnormalities detected. These findings aren’t a diagnosis, but are intended to aid the clinician in reaching a diagnosis accurately, quickly, and confidently. Access to Eko AI requires an Eko+ membership.
