We believe the ability to listen is the ability to care. Which is why we’re dedicated to providing healthcare professionals with industry leading digital tools to hear and understand their patients’ hearts and lungs — allowing them to detect with higher accuracy, diagnose with more confidence, manage treatment effectively, and ultimately give their patients the best care possible.
A decade of innovation.
During co-founder and CEO Connor Landgraf’s senior thesis work at the University of California, Berkeley, he observed the limitations of the traditional stethoscope while interviewing cardiologists on their clinical pain points. He realized the need to transform the analog stethoscope into a smart device that helps clinicians detect cardiovascular disease earlier.

Eko Founded
Connor brings in classmates Tyler Crouch and Jason Bellet. They participate in various accelerator programs, where Eko is born.

Eko CORE™ Digital Stethoscope (Gen 1)
Eko debuts the first FDA-cleared stethoscope that functions as both analog and digital.

DUO ECG + Digital Stethoscope (Gen 1)
A new product is released — the first combined digital stethoscope and single-lead ECG.

Eko CORE™ Digital Attachment & Stethoscope (Gen 2)
The second generation of CORE™ introduces active noise cancellation, and is 50% smaller for improved ergonomics.

Eko Analysis Software FDA Clearance
Eko earns its first FDA clearance for AI-supported heart disease detection.

3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope
Eko and 3M partner to combine best-in-class stethoscope tech with Eko's digital innovations.

Eko CORE 500™ Digital Stethoscope
Eko debuts the first digital stethoscope with high fidelity audio, a full-color display with disease indication, and 3-lead ECG.

Low EF FDA Clearance
The FDA clears Eko’s low ejection fraction AI, enabling identification of low EF in 15 seconds.

Category III CPT Code
The American Medical Association grants CPT code for Eko's SENSORA™ early disease detection platform.
Our values.

Challenge the Status Quo
Eko is passionate about finding better ways to understand the heart, so we're constantly expanding our knowledge through thoughtful research and study.

Build with Heart
We're focused on providing clinicians and health systems opportunities to elevate their patient care with our advanced stethoscope technology.

Succeed Together
Our team cares for people in the best way we can — by making cardiac care better. The foundation of the Eko community is the clinician, but the patient is at the heart of everything we do.
Eko Cares: Demonstrating the power of the human heart. Heart disease is the world’s #1 killer and disproportionately impacts underserved communities. We launched Eko Cares to ensure we can reach the most vulnerable populations in the U.S. and abroad through donations to community-based, non-profit healthcare providers. Our annual goal is to donate up to $200,000 worth of Eko products and services through provider partnerships.
