This study explored the feasibility of using the Eko CORE™ Attachment assembled with Classic II Infant Littmann stethoscope during telecardiology visits for infants with palliated congenital heart disease. Conducted over one year and involving 16 high-risk infants, the study showed that the digital stethoscopes provided heart sound quality comparable to in-person exams, with a 98% inter-rater agreement. In 12% of visits, the DS detected additional significant findings that led to life-saving care for two infants. Both caregivers and providers reported confidence in the device, highlighting its potential to enhance remote monitoring and early intervention in fragile pediatric populations.
