Eko's Holiday Shipping Guide: 2025 Order Deadlines

The holidays are an exciting and busy time for shipping. Carriers experience higher-than-usual volumes, which can introduce delays even when everything goes according to plan. To help you plan ahead, we’ve outlined the order-by dates below so you can choose the best shipping option and feel confident your package is on track.

Outside of the holiday season, most non-engraved orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days, and engraved orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Due to high demand for the holidays, fulfillment timelines may be longer.

Although we can't make guarantees, orders placed using the guidelines below are expected to arrive by 12/24. 

Products available on Eko Health can be purchased only by customers in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. If you are outside these regions, please refer to our dealer locator. Orders shipping to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories may take additional time for delivery. Eko does not ship to PO boxes.

USPS Ground: Order by Friday, December 12
FedEx 2-day: Order by Friday, December 19
FedEx overnight: Order by Saturday, December 20

Non-engraved 
USPS Ground: Order by Monday, December 15
FedEx 2-day: Order by Sunday, December 21
FedEx overnight: Order by Monday, December 22

Canada and the United Kingdom

Engraved 
FedEx International: Order by Monday, December 15

Non-engraved 
FedEx International: Order by Thursday, December 18

  • 2-day shipping: $14.95 (normally $29.95)
  • Ground shipping: $5.95 (normally $8.95)
