Eko is excited to welcome Kim Nolan as Senior Vice President of People. Nolan joins Eko from Banyan Software, where she served as head of talent. Kim’s previous roles include leadership positions at Establishment Labs, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer.

Kim brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership roles at large, public companies. As SVP of People, she will play a strategic role in guiding Eko’s growth while leading all aspects of people and talent operations.

“The role of Senior Vice President of People is critical to any company’s ability to attract and retain top talent and achieve long-term success,” said Connor Landgraf, Co-Founder and CEO at Eko. “Kim brings deep HR expertise to our leadership team, and she shares the same values and culture that make Eko a great place to work. I’m confident she’ll continue to build on our strong foundation to find and retain the best and most diverse team of employees.”

Kim joins Eko during a year of significant milestones. In January, the NHS published a landmark independent study validating Eko’s ability to screen patients for heart failure in seconds with AI during routine physical exams. The company was declared a "10 most innovative medical device company of 2022" and awarded a "World Changing Idea" by Fast Company. Eko launched a point-of-care cardiac screening solution to help catch heart disease early, was recognized for AI Innovation in Healthcare, and named to the list of "Best Workplaces" for 2022 by Inc.

“Eko and the leadership team have done an incredible job at finding people who are passionate about the organization and believe in its bigger vision,” said Kim Nolan, SVP of People. “I’m looking forward to helping the company continue to recruit top talent who are purpose-driven and will contribute to its next phase of growth. As an HR leader, I’m responsible for guiding employees toward success, and I’m thrilled to help the Eko team continue to recognize their future potential.”
